Location

Tranquil Traditions is located at 37 W. Cross St. in suite 202 on the 2nd floor of the Union Brothers Building. There are two entrances, one on S. Hanover St. next to the Crown Gas Station, and the other on Clarkson St. Our building has a door code, which we send by text to clients the day before the appointment. If using GPS, use 1120 S. Hanover St. and this will take you directly to main entrance on Clarkson in the courtyard.

Parking

We have one allotted parking spot in the lot outside the building labeled “pp/tt”.  Otherwise, there is also street parking available in the surrounding Federal Hill area.

Gift Cards

You can purchase a gift card online on our website, by phone or in-person. If you would also like a physical version of the gift card, please call/email us in advance and we can set up a time for pick up.

How to Book/Office Hours

You can book services or purchase gift cards using the link to our online booking site vagaro, or call us during office hours to make a booking or purchase. For further inquiries you can also send us an email at info@tranquiltraditions.com.

Before your Appointment

Our building requires an access code to enter through either of the two entrances. After you've made your booking, the access code will be sent via text 24hrs prior to your service. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you are not feeling well or need to reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance.

How to Pay & What we Accept

We don’t accept apple pay or pre-paid cards (e.g. vanilla) for payment. In order to make a booking, we require a valid credit card to hold on file as part of our cancellation and no-show policy. We won't charge the card until checkout after the service, so you can pay by cash or bring a different card for checkout.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so through our online system or call at least a day in advance. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of service, and failure to provide notice or no–shows will result in 100% charge of service. We understand life happens so please notify us as soon as possible to avoid any fees. 

Late for your Appointment

If you arrive late for your appointment slot, the late start time will cut into the time of the service. More than 20 minutes late is considered a no show with a 50% rescheduling fee. No call no shows result in a 100% service charge fee.
